About Us

Inspired by her love of the breathtaking red rocks and gorgeous desert rivers, Krissi Montoya moved from her hometown of Salt Lake City to Moab UT in 2003. When she became a new mom in 2008, she was determined to keep her family healthy and safe from the harmful ingredients used in common household products. Disappointed by the natural and organic options available, she began a dedicated journey to create safe, natural, and superior products from only pure and organic ingredients. The outcome was a huge success and it became clear these amazing products needed to be shared, thus, in 2013 Desert Lush Organics was born.
